A rug is not carpet. So we don't clean it like carpet.

Your rug leaves the house, gets a proper seven-step wash at our Hollywood facility, and comes back clean through and through — not surface-scrubbed where it lies.

Arrange a pickup

We collect the rug, inspect it, and give you the price before any water touches it.

Where it happens

A facility on N 36th Ave — not a truck parked at your curb.

What you're told

Damage and dye risk, at inspection. Before any water.

Service area

Hollywood, Dania Beach, Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Pines.

The difference

Why the machine that cleans your carpet is wrong for your rug

Wall-to-wall carpet is synthetic, glued down, and forgiving. A hand-knotted rug is wool or silk on a cotton foundation, colored with dyes that can move, holding years of dry grit deep in its base.

Run a hot-water machine over that and you clean the surface while the foundation keeps its dirt — and sometimes gains a water stain or a bled dye it never had before.

A rug has to leave the house to be washed properly.

At our Hollywood plant every rug is inspected, dusted until the grit stops falling, washed for its specific fiber and dye, and dried completely before it comes home. That last part matters more here than almost anywhere: Florida humidity punishes a rug that goes back damp.

The record

Seven steps, in order

Each rug moves through the same sequence. Nothing is skipped to make a date.

01

Pickup & initial inspection

We look at the rug in your home, note what we can already see, and log it before it moves.

02

Detailed inspection

Fiber, dye stability, wear, previous repairs, pet damage. You hear the honest condition here — not after.

03

Dusting, both sides

Dry soil comes out first. Washing a rug full of grit turns that grit to mud in the foundation.

04

Immersion wash & clear-water rinse

Washed for its own fiber and dyes, then rinsed until the water runs clear.

05

Air drying

Dried fully in a controlled room. A rug returned damp in this climate is a rug that will smell.

06

Fringe cleaning & grooming

Fringe worked by hand, pile set back in its direction.

07

Delivery

Back to your floor, on a date we agreed to.
